Ashley Horvat has been designated as the Chief EV Officer for the State of Oregon through a Memorandum of Understanding between Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber and the Oregon Department of Transportation. Her role includes managing the statewide EV deployment program, EV advisor to the Governor’s office, chair of the Energize Oregon Coalition, and other statewide and national responsibilities.

Since joining the company in 1998, he has held positions of increasing responsibilities in the areas of design, project management, and customer segment management before playing an important role in creating the Power Electronics Business Segment.

David Rosenberg serves on the cabinet of Mayor Greg Ballard as the Director of Enterprise Development for the City of Indianapolis. In this capacity, he has worked to further Mayor Ballard’s goal of eliminating foreign fuel from the city’s fleet by 2025.

Post serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of ALTe Technologies Inc., bringing 35 years of vehicle, powertrain & component operations and product development experience from General Motors & Delphi Automotive, where he led automobile programs, engine and automotive component operations.

Jim Greenberger is the Executive Director of the National Alliance for Advanced Technology Batteries (NAATBatt), a not-for-profit trade association of advanced battery manufacturers and their supply chain partners doing business in the United States. Mr. Greenberger co-founded NAATBatt in 2008.

Larry Butkovich, the General Manager of Fuji Electric Corp. of America’s EV Department, has been instrumental in launching their 25kW DC Quick Charger in the North American market.

Jeffrey Esfeld has been at the forefront of developing and commercializing light duty plug-in electric vehicle powertrain technology. He has over 30 years of experience in technology review, business strategy and development, sales, and corporate finance.

Doug Bresnahan serves as the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships for Andretti Autosport and Andretti Sports Marketing. In this capacity, he is responsible for business, client and partner development across all Andretti Sports Marketing and Andretti Autosport properties and initiatives.

Michael Nieling is a designer, educator, father, and full time cyclone of energy. He is co-founder of Autowatts, Creative Director at Ocupop and teaches design and MIAD. Splitting time between offices in Hawaii, Colorado, California and Wisconsin, if he's not on an airplane, he's likely somewhere shouting about marketing and design.

Nationally, Mr. Thomsen has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Geothermal Energy Association; Chairman of the United States Clean Heat and Power Association; and as an industry expert to the U.S. Department of Energy Geothermal Technologies Program Blue Ribbon Panel. In Nevada, Thomsen served as the President of the Nevada Geothermal Council and sat on the boards of the Economic Development Authority of Nevada, Nevada Mining Association, and Nevada Lung Association.

Zachary Kuznar works as a Senior Project Manager in the Emerging Technology Office at Duke Energy. In this role, he focuses on identifying, developing, testing and deploying technologies in the renewable generation, energy storage, and water reuse and reclamation space.

Brendan Jones, Nissan’s director of EV Sales & Infrastructure Development, is responsible for developing and implementing the EV Sales & Infrastructure plan for Nissan LEAF and other EV related products.

Juliana leads all digital marketing efforts at NRG eVgo including managing the brand’s website and social media channels. She’s been with the company since 2011 playing a vital role in the overall branding & marketing efforts, including eVgo’s messaging, tone and customer experience.

Britta Gross is the Director of Advanced Vehicle Commercialization Policy at General Motors. She is responsible for steering the infrastructure and commercialization efforts for GM’s alternative fuel vehicle technology programs, including biofuel, natural gas, plug-in electric and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle programs.

Bill Boyce has led SMUD’s Electric Transportation Program for the last 14 years. He is a co-chair on the Board of Directors of the California Electric Transportation Coalition. Mr. Boyce has a broad technical background that includes aerospace, environmental, mechanical, and mining engineering along with his electric utility experience.
