Bio

Jeffrey Esfeld has been at the forefront of developing and commercializing light duty plug-in electric vehicle powertrain technology. He has over 30 years of experience in technology review, business strategy and development, sales, and corporate finance. Mr. Esfeld works with some of the largest fleets in the US, including Verizon, Duke Energy, Coca-Cola, and The Myers Group, on their electrification strategy and deployment. He has been involved with the development of VIA’s proprietary extended range electric V-Drive Powertrain since 2003. He lives on Mercer Island, WA and was a graduate of the University of Washington.
